What shipping method do you use?
We use Canada Post mail service.

Do you ship internationally (Countries outside of North America)?
Yes. Orders being sent internationally (outside of North America) are mailed through Canada Post International air mail. Delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.

Express shipping is also available for international buyers. Please email us for a direct quote on your purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges
In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it within 10 days. Refunds are for the product price at time of purchase only and postage is non refundable. 

For any return or exchange, no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. For full return instructions please contact us at customerservice@trendytown.com

Incorrect Item Shipped
We will accept returns for any incorrect items shipped within 10 days. Must email us prior for return instructions.

Shipping within Canada via Canada Post with tracking number (Estimated delivery time* is 3-5 business days)

Shipping to the USA via Canada Post air mail, no tracking number, insurance included (Estimated delivery time* is 7-10 business days)

Express shipping to the USA Canada Post Express Post, tracking and insurance included (Estimated delivery time* is 3-5 business days)

International shipping via Canada Post air mail no tracking, insurance included (Estimated delivery time* is 14-20 business days)

International Express Shipping with tracking and insurance (Estimated delivery time* is 5-7 business days) - Please contact for more information
