Please allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive, as we do not have control over shipments once the product has been mailed. Return Policy: Only hair that has not been worn and is in its original condition will be eligible to be returned. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving item to request a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs can not be refunded). Item must be returned within 7-10 days after receiving. Contact lenses are a final sale. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
